The Lotus Rating & Ranking is a professional restaurant rating system, implemented and coordinated by Vietnam Hospitality Network (VHN) and Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association (VCCA). The program identifies restaurants according to their quality, using the symbol of the “lotus”, from scales of one to five petals.
The Expert Network will evaluate restaurants based on MGP/MSPA Standard System, utilizing RAV Auditing under Mystery Guests process. This helps to standardize and promote the sustainable development of the catering system in Vietnam.
